I purchased $20 in credits. I was scrolling through songs and it did not present how a lot of credits each song was. It place in 3 of the same song in a row and it cost me 10 credits. Not good UI. Why is the jukebox easier to use than the app? Please fix the application and give me some credits back.
Well I think the is ridiculous. All songs are 2 credits. you in to have a couple drinks at the bar and wish to hear a song. And it cost you a $1 per song. Takes any enjoyment out of it.
raised the of credits and named them everywhere credits. should give us an option between regular credits and everywhere. I will be uninstalling cheaper to place a buck in the jukebox
Cannot search location.
it wont play a song and i have 70 credits
Use this application where I work. I used to credits online all the time until the changed. Now its cheaper to place straight into the jukebox for more credits then to by your card
With the fresh reskin update, this application locks up constantly, sometimes doesnt start. It will let me to select a song, then blank screens. Fix! Please! The latest application worked fine. Maybe ugly, but at least it worked. On a Pixel 3.
This application was better a year ago. The application makers are always messing up a amazing thing. Quick Pass is too expensive The song library should grow, not diminish with time. No 1 song list for not good folks. You can't add money credits to your phone application to avoid charge card fees.
I Love this application The only thing I dont like is on multiple occasions I've played Quick Track off the application and sometimes my song don't play next or doesn't play at all this is happened to me multiple times that really irritates me. and I also think that the bartenders should obtain more credits a week maybe like five a day or even 15 week would be great. And who do we speak to to obtain various songs added on our venue?
Was drunk when i downloaded it. Played William Hung for a half hour straight, got stabbed, overall amazing experience.
flawless
Used to be an amazing app. I have spent hundreds of dollars on this app. But now I can barely obtain it to begin without it failing 3 or four times. I have a Galaxy Note 9 oh, so it's not like I'm using a 20 year old phone. My mates iPhone has the same issue. Developers need to jump on this ASAP!
this application was great. then it updated and its awful. i use to be able to $5 and obtain 25 credita plus 1 credit. now i $5 and only obtain 12! thats less then half for the same amount of money! its cheaper to just place money in the juke box i can place $3 in there and obtain 12 credits
used to like this app, tried to obtain my lost from melody not playing but still took credits. how do I cancel my acc from this app? anyone know?
Had 47 credits and lost them somehow. Went to play a song and said I have 0 credits l. Did not play that a lot of songs to use them all dont know how that happened
I use this application alot and usually have no problem, but lately I've noticed that It won't work because it cannot search my location. I've tried everything the application recommends but it still won't connect.
quick passing costs method more than it's worth now. I dont know who had the idea to raise the price, but they should be fired
Amazing application layout. Song play and system is needlessly complicated. Hidden playlist is annoying.
does not any trials for customers to wish to buy!
I have 53 credits there is nothing playing where I am at. I tried to play a song and application takes me to more credits and nothing is playing. I restarted my phone and created sure application was updated... this sucks 1 star is more starts than they deserve ... why can't I leave no stars?
I have all sorts of tokens and it won't allow me use them. Yes i have any where tokens it still won't work.
Edited 1214/18 still doesn't work at my main local. Note 8 duos. Works other places. Now not working on my fiance's phone when it used to. We're done. Please back our accounts. We use this application all the time, until today. I just bought $20 of credits, got my emailed receipt, and suddenly the application just started crashing and rebooting over and over. I uninstalled reinstalled and signed in and it started crashing and rebooting again. I will be following up for the return of my $20 plus enjoyment lost tonight since I couldn't play the jukebox.
'Everywhere Credits' are amazing unless you don't travel much. I use touchtunes in one place, I don't need everywhere credits. $5 got me 26 credits before, a amazing value! $1=5! Now $5 gets me 12? 1=2.4?! It's cheaper to place a dollar in the machines and obtain 4 credits! You've created your application useless.
after latest modernize it wont locate anything. now my credits are useless. It wont allow me check into any jukebox. tried rwloading and what your rep told me to do. Total failure. is there any possibility of getting back or reload old ver to be abke to use the application again
I would really like to use this application but it's even hard to begin it and have it work. It freezes, it is very poor and slow
How dumb must someone be, to use this app, $5 for $3 worth of credits. Caught me once because I have been using this application for a while. No more.
Application gets you to connect to a jukebox but does not play the songs you to play. It's a giant ripoff
I just got a fresh Samsung phone to replace my old one. I'm unable to begin my old touch tube acct on my fresh phone.
[modified review] Ok, its been upgraded for a long time now since my latest review, and along with the Spotify integration this is the ideal bar digital juke box app! Thanks for listening. i want the establishments with internet that's always 'down' could obtain some kind of slap on the wrist though.
amazing
I used to spend about $10 a week using this application to play melody at work. But now they've created the credits more expensive on the application than at my work place's juke box. 12 credits just isn't worth 5 bucks, so I spend $1-2 a week because money is more cost effective. Oh well.
Very useful app. I initially got it so I didn't have to leave the poker table to play songs at the jukebox and I like that it occasionally gives you credits for songs. I dislike that it became more expensive to play songs though. I think you should obtain four credits instead of 2 for a dollar if it costs two to play most songs.
I tried applying $10 to the acc and I received an error notice saying the payment didn't go through, I tried again with the same results, I changed my payment method. After the isn't went thru but had been charged 2 more times with the'failed' PayPal payments. I contacted you via the application and still have not received a reply.
Used to be a amazing application until they revamped it and now credits are 12 for $5 instead of 26 for $5. Forget the application because it's trash now and log into the Touchtunes jukebox to over twice as a lot of credits for the exact same price. Or bring headphones. These guys got too greedy. They could at least give the option of purchasing Everywhere Credits OR regular credits.
something is wrong with this application won't search a jukebox neither the melody EVER!! .. the staff aparently don't care about their customers either, i haven't even got an modernize or an answer!!.
![Won Won](/uploads/1/3/3/9/133901825/846624582.png)
Whats going on with sharing credits, I'm not understanding it..can I opt out of that part, its annoy to look at..I'm disappointed you went up in prices..not fair for us who spend a lot in it..go up again and I may how to search a fresh way. :(..not happy.
This crapapp needs help. Too poor there is hardware you can't escape attached. Horrible gui nav and options
Greatest thing since sliced bread! My only complaint is when researching all their features and are interested does not explain how to go about getting them. Also, should be able to reject your own melody if you pick a wrong tune.

What happened to my music after I moved it to Spotify?
All the music that had a match in Spotify’s catalog now appears in your Spotify library and playlists. All your purchased or uploaded non-Groove Music Pass music will remain untouched in the Windows 10 and Xbox Groove Music apps. Music you own and that is stored locally on your hard drive or on OneDrive is untouched and will continue to be playable from your local hard drive through the Windows 10 and Xbox Groove Music apps.
When moving my music to Spotify, I was asked to give Groove access to some information. What did you ask for and why?
To effectively move your music to Spotify, there were five pieces of information we needed temporary access to. After moving your music to Spotify, all the data we accessed from Spotify was deleted.
- 'Access your subscription details' gave Groove access to your region so we could add the correct songs to your Spotify library, since song availability differs from region to region.
- 'Access your saved tracks and albums' let Groove see what was in your Spotify library at the time so we didn't add duplicate tracks or more tracks than the library can hold.
- 'Manage your saved tracks and albums' let Groove add tracks from your Groove collection to your Spotify library.
- 'Access your private playlists' let Groove see what tracks you already had in playlists in Spotify so we didn't add duplicates.
- 'Manage your private playlists' let Groove create and add songs to playlists in Spotify to replicate the playlists you created in Groove.
I can’t find all my music from Groove after moving my collection to Spotify. What happened to it?
We did our best to preserve your collection and playlists when moving, but there may have been some cases where we couldn’t find a matching song in Spotify’s collection. If you used a Windows 10 PC to move your music, we stored a list of the songs we were unable to move in a file on your computer named GrooveMigration.txt. The file is in your music library folder, which for most people is found at C:users[username]Music. Music you own and that is stored on your hard drive or OneDrive can still be played with the Windows 10 Groove Music app.
Did playlists I followed move to Spotify?
No. Playlists you created moved to Spotify, but playlists created by Groove didn't.
As a part of my Groove Music Pass subscription, I had additional OneDrive storage. What happened to that?
If OneDrive storage was included in your Groove Music Pass subscription, your storage was reduced to OneDrive’s standard free tier plan on December 31, 2017, unless you were contacted by Microsoft.
What did you do about the Groove Music Pass customers who are over their OneDrive free storage plan limit?
Microsoft followed up directly with the small number of Groove Music Pass customers in this situation and provided options to take care of their needs.
